DRESS OF FREEMASONS.
-—--♦ DUKE OF CONNAUGHT'S RULING. (Received July 2, 8.45 p.m.) LONDON, July 1. To enable them to wear white waistcoats, in conformity with fashion, the Duke of Connaught has revoked the ruling of King Edward VIII. in 1898 (when he was Prince of Wales) prescribing black waistcoats for the evening dress of Freemasons.
