LODGE MEETING.

I On Monday evening, 'on account of the official visit of the District Grand Master (Bro. S. J. Geary) and his officers, there was a large attendance of members and visitors at the Loyal City of Christchurch Lodge. N.G. , Bro. O. Anderson occupied the chair ■ and extended a welcome to the D.G.M. and visitors. Sick pay amounting to . £43 Os lOd was passed for payment. * One candidate was initiated intQ the ' order. Bro. Geary spoke on many matters affecting the members of the ' order. After supper a very pleasant > social evening was spent with dancing. 1 A Monte Carlo fox trot was won by 1 Sister M Shearman and Bro. S. Berry. P.G. Bro. N. Carson supplied the I music. ;
