PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with the provisions of The Counties Act, 1920, The Rating Act, 1925, and amendments thereto, that it is the intention of the Malvern County Council at its next ordinary meeting, tq be held on Tuesday, the fourth day of July, 1933, to make and levy a general rate of three-eighths of a penny in the £, on the rateable value of the rateable property in the Malvern County, such rates to be for the year commencing on the Ist day of April, 1933, and ending on the 31st day of March, 1934, the rates to be due and payable in one sum 21st day of July, 1933, at the County Office, Darfield.
