ALLEGED THEFT.

SOLICITOR REMANDED. (F£Xs* association teleghau.) NAPIER, June 13. A remand for a fortnight was granted when Albert Lionel Baileys a solicitor, was charged with fraudulently omitting to account for £l7 10s, thereby committing theft. Bail was renewed in the sum of £SOO, with two sureties of £250 each.
