lannual meeting of j FEDERATION. : The secretary of the New Zealand Cycling Federation advises that, owing to the inability of the chairman, Mr J. Kennedy (Geraldine), to be present, the annual meeting of the Federation proposed for to-morrow, has been postponed until May 31.
