CYCLING CONTROL.
lannual meeting of j FEDERATION. : The secretary of the New Zealand Cycling Federation advises that, owing to the inability of the chairman, Mr J. Kennedy (Geraldine), to be present, the annual meeting of the Federation proposed for to-morrow, has been postponed until May 31. One of the matters for dl#cussion at the meeting is the protest of the Papanui Amateur Cycling Club against the present system of control, particularly in Canterbury.
