ROYAL VISIT TO AUSTRALIA.

W NO EARLY DECISION. HIGH COST OF TOUR. LONDON, May 18. The Sydney "Sun's" representative says that an immediate decision is unlikely in response to Australia's definite invitation for a member of the Royal Family to visit Australia during the Melbourne centenary celebrations, and the willingness of the various Governments to share the cost, which makes the visit more likely. The general feeling of world unsettJement, however, precludes early acceptance. In accordance with precedent, the tour would have to be extended to the other States and New Zealand, bringing the costnearer £IOO.OOO than £50,000. as anticipated in Australia.
