DEFINITION OP AMERICAN FORCES. (Received May 19, 9.57 p.m.) GENEVA, May 19. Despite the heated protests of Colonel Strong, of the American delegation, the Effectives Committee of the Disarmament Conference decided to count the National Guard as part of the military forces of the United States.
