IRISH RAILWAYS.
FREE STATE MEN NOW ON STRIKE. LONDON, April 10. A peculiar situation has arisen on the Irish railways. While the Ulster railwaymen have returned to work, following upon the settlement agreed upon on April 8, 7000 Free State railwaymen, resenting the wages cut, struck at midnight. Dublin is isolated, and many visitors are stranded, although che railwaymen at present have no grievance, as the cuts will not begin until May.
