Devßze, the Minister for Natidiial Defence, tl» prohibit the sending by post of th« Sefcialist paper "Le Peuple" to barracks, and to all buildings of national defence. During a lively sitting d£ the Chamber yesterday M. Deveze declared that "Le Peuplc" printed articles preaching disobedienco in the arfny. M. Deveze brought in a bill to complete the military penal fiodfi and to punish those who imperilled the recruitiflg and discipline 01 ifta' lirmy. Under the new bill iciviUani as well as soldieis will be liable to military penalties in cases of infringement of the military law. '
