THE CANTERBURY PAPERS.

TO THE EDITOR 0» THE PBE9S. Bir, —-A few days ago you published a letter from mo requesting the Teturn of a copy of the Canterbury Papers, which had been lost from Mr Fraer's library after his death. To-day I had a ring ou the telephone from a gentleman to say that ho had the book and would gladly return it, so I have collected it and have restored it to its owner, the Rev. F. Brittan. I thank you very much for publishing my letter, and assure you the result has made me very happy, because it was at my suggestion that Mr Fraer borrowed the book.—Yours, etc., JOHN BOOTH. March 15, IS>33.
