The following is the programme of Canterbury autumn shows:— March 10—Kaikoura. March 25—Mayfield. March 2S—Waiau. March 30 —Temuka and Geraldine. March 31—Hawarden. April I—Methven. April 6 —Oxford. April 17—Fairlie. April 22 —Malvern. One Canterbury wool grower has a rather expressive way of showing just what he thinks of things- His wool, offered at Thursday's sale, was branded with the pawnbroker's sign of three balls over New Zealand.
