A. Young, S.M.) Judgment for plaintiff by default Mas given in a civil case, H. G. Hubbard v. O. Cosgrove, for £1 10s, and costs. No order was made in a judgment summons case. An adjournment case against R. Armstrong for failing to pay unemployment levies was concluded. Adjournments had been granted to 'enable defendant to seek exemption from payment from the Unemployment Board. Counsel produced a letter from the board remitting payment up to the end of 1932, and the case was withdrawn.
