COLONEL D. WATTSMORGAN. (BRITISH OVfIOIAX. WIMLESS.) ItUGBY, February 23. The death hag occurred of Colonel D. Watts-Morgan, . Labour member of Parliament for East Bhondda, aged 69. Daring the Great War, Colonel WattsMorgan distinguished himself by holding up the German advance at Cambrai with 400 men of-th©' Welflh labour Battalion, who were armod only with picks and shovels. In peace tune he also displayed great gallantry, by m». rescue work in the Welßh pit disasters.
