LIFE-SAVING WORK OF BRITISH COASTGUARDS. (4KJTIBB OrrlClAL WIRELESS) (Received February 24, 5.5 p.m.) RUGBY, February 33. During 1932 coastguards took lifesaving action in the case of 580 vessels reported in distress off the coasts of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. In the same period 80 vessels observed to be standing into danger were warned by signals and ir*tructod to alter their course. '
