HAVANA (Cuba), February 21. It was reported from Santa Clara on Tuesday that rebels, taking age of tho absence of the greater part of tho tactical unit there, had attacked its headquarters and, meeting with but Blight resistance from tho sparse defence loft, had carried away all the arms and ammunition there. Numerous cane fires are roportcd throughout the Santa Olara Province. [The city of Santa Clara, capital of the province of the same name, haß a population of 22,000. The province is in the centre of tho island of Cuba, which is a republic.]
