■ 'frRKSE ASSOCIATION TBLEGRASf J INVERCARGILL, February 22. Stung behind the ear "by a bee, John Maher, married, aged 70, foreman of the unemployed relief workers at Duck creek, collapsed and died a moment Jater. The gang was working close to a hollow tree near Duck creek when Maher was stung.
