DUNEDIN, February 8. i In the Supreme Court Leslie Vane < Harvey pleaded not guilty to four .j charges of indecent assault on males and -ono, charge of attempted "indecent ( assault on a male. After hearing the c evidence the jury returned a verdict c of not guilty, on three charges, while I on the other two they were unable to agree. The Court accepted the partial verdict and a new trial was ordered 011 the two charges on which the jury had disagreed.
