CHRISTCHURCH DEFENCE CLUB. The Christchurch Defence Rifle Club fired it a fiflli two-range competition at Redclifls on Saturday afternoon. The winner, G. Crimp, shot well, scoring 90 oft .the rifle. Conditions uero 10 shots at 500 yards and 11 shots at GOO yards. Stores: —■
Ni>xt Saturday the club will fire a threerange competition at' Tar. Tapu oyer 30(5, 500, lid 600 yards. This competition was postponed from December 3 owing: to rain. SYDENHAM DEFENCE CLUB. The members of the Sydenham Defence ftifle Club fired their sixth short-range competition on Saturday. Xlie conditions were 10 shots at 300 yards and 11 shots at 600 yards. Scoies:
