Tho Supplementary Estimate of £3,410,955 for Irish Free State services was carried by ISO votes to 26 in the House of Commons. Mr Malcolm MiieDonald, Parliament--ary Under-Secretary for the Dominions, pointed out that this was necessary owing to the falling revenues yielded by duties on Irish goods. TIE AMERICAN LOAN. The Irish Free State announces a pliHi for the. repayment of the balance of the AmPT?cw loan of £i,000,000 raised during the troubles of 3918-20, by paying on# and a quarter dollars, for evpry dollar subscribed, less the aippunt |i}reftdy paid. The Bill is being introduced into the Dail.
