Tho Supplementary Estimate of £3,410,955 for Irish Free State services was carried by ISO votes to 26 in the House of Commons. Mr Malcolm MiieDonald, Parliament--ary Under-Secretary for the Dominions, pointed out that this was necessary owing to the falling revenues yielded by duties on Irish goods. TIE AMERICAN LOAN. SCHEME FOP REPAYMENT OF BALANCE. (ileeeived December 2ii>t, 7.30 pan.) LONDON, December 21. The Irish Free State announces a pliHi for the. repayment of the balance of the AmPT?cw loan of £i,000,000 raised during the troubles of 3918-20, by paying on# and a quarter dollars, for evpry dollar subscribed, less the aippunt |i}reftdy paid. The Bill is being introduced into the Dail.
