MR BUCKLEY AND AN OLD IRISH CUSTOM. DUBLIN, December 3. Dublin is speculating on tiie attitude that will bo adopted by (ho new Gov-ernor-General, Mr Daniel Buckley, concerning the Christmas present of "four and twenty woodcocks baked in a pie," that has "been sent to the King of England by Irish Viceroys for the past 114 years. Messrs Healy and McNeill observed the custom, the pic, accompanied by Christmas greetings, being delivered to the King by special courier, but it is considered that there is '-Buckley's chance'" of a pic being sent this year.
