A MEMORIAL TO THE REV. C. A. FRAER.—The memorial consists of a large cross of native wood surmounting the chapel at the Te Wat Pounamu School for Maori Girls. It was dedicated by Archbishop Julius yesterday afternoon, * when a large number of the friends of Mr Fraer attended the service.
