FOUND IN CELLAR.
♦ AR3IED MAN AT EX-KAISER'S RESIDENCE. (UHITED PRESS ASSOCIATION—BI ELECTRIC TEI.Ear.APH—COPYRIGHT.) (Received December 13th,. 7 p.m.) AMSTERDAM, December 13. A well-drossed and unknown German, armed with a revolver and a bowio knife, was discovered in the cellar of ex-Kaiser Wilhelm's residence. It is believed that ho intended assassination. Ho was overpowered after a vigorous resistance, but he refuses to make a statement. Tho police are reticent regarding the Doom intruder, whom the servants recognised as a man who was seen loitering in the village for the past few flays. He apparently climbed the castle wall and hid in tho tower.
