A Geneva message states that the five Powers —Groat Britain, Prance, Germany, Italy, and the United States —are meeting, with Mr Arthur Henderson presiding in the capacity of president, at tho Disarmament Conference to bo held in London on January IGth to settle various points connected with tho declaration regarding Germany's equality of status, security, and progressive disarmament. - ■.
