Tho third reading of the Bill implementing tlio Anglo-Canadian trade treaty was passed by the House of Commons on Tuesday night by 84 votes to 42. The Conservatives solidly supported the Hill, the Liberals opposed it, and the other groups split. The Canada-Southern Rhodesia trade agreement was given the third reading in the llouso of Commons on Tuesday by .105 votes to 16, Mr W. L. Mackenzie King (Leader of the Opposition) and a number of other Liberals causing surprise by voting for the agreement. The third reading was also given to the Irish Free State agreement by 89 votes to 4S, and to the South African agreement by 92 votes to 48. CONFERENCE DURING RECESS. » UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE. !
