LIBERTY THEATRE.

A strong double-feature programme is presented this week at the Liberty Theatre. The first is a "thriller" which depicts a series of crimes on a railway train, in which a number of men are murdered, the whole of the action taking place while the train is in motion. Will Rogers is the star of the second feature, a comedy, entitled "Down -to Earth. The subject is the decline of the fortunes of an American family, when they are hit by the depression, ultimately to have to live in a verv modestly built house. The comedy is admirable and there are a number of very capable supports to the star.
