CARLTON MILL BRIDGE OVER THE RIVER AVON.—The crack shown in our photograph has developed on the up-stream side and on the opposite side to where another crack made its appearance shortly after the completion of the bridge. It is stated that the disfigurement in no way endangers the safety of the structure.
