INTEKEST (payable half-yearly) and principal, payable free of exchange at any branch of the Bank of New Zealand. Interest and Sinking Fund scoured by speoial rate on the capital value ot the rateable property in Grey Electric Power' Board District. A Sinking Fumd of £2 per cent, per annum will be established. TRUST FUNDS. The Board's Debentures are an authorised investment for Trust Funds, and should be one of the roost remunerative investments obtainable by trustees.
