CHARGES OP MORAL LAPSES. (UKITED PRKSS ASSOCIATION—BI ELZCTXIO TELEOSAVH—COPISIGHT.) (Received August 11th, 7 p.m.) LONDON, August 11. A notice affixed to the door of the Stiffkey Church, giving a fortnight's notice of the intention of the Bishop of Norwich to inhibit the Rev. H. J) 1 - Davidson until sentence is passed, states that as the Privy Council appeal cannot be heard before October a great scandal is likely to arise through Mr Davidson continuing the services while charges of immorality are pending.
