(Received June 7th, 5.5 p.m.) EUGBY, June 6, The commercial accounts of the Post Office .for last year show a surplus on tho postal service of £10,823,000; also a surplus on telephones of £576,000. The deficit of tho telegraph department was reduced by £IBO,OOO, compared with the previous year's deficit, which was £828,000. Tho total surplus was £10,555,000.
