BOXING. Both the Lyttelton youths who competed, in the novice tournament at Christchurch on Tuesday evening were successful. W. Bethell won the flyweight competition and B. Scott won the light-weight contest. The latter had to box in preliminary and semi-final, as well as the final, and his work in the ring created a very favourable impression. Diamond Harbour Golf Olub. The site for the extension of the present links will be decided at a special meeting of the Diamond Harbour Golf Club to-morrow morning. The meeting will also » elect a new captain in placo of Mr K. Gower, who has resigned.
