SHEARERS' PAY.
(PRiBS ASSOCIATIOX TXUtaBA](.) WELLINGTON, June 1. A meeting of workers in the ghearv ing industry was held to-day at Petane to. discuss the ratejj of pay for shearers and shod bands ne«t season. The secretary of the New Zealand Workers' Union (Mr A. Cook) said subsequently that there waa nothing for publication arising out of the meeting.
