REGENT THEATRE.

ALL STAR CAST IN "LAWYER'S SECRET." An outstanding feature of '"The Lawyer's Secret," which headed the bill at the Regent Theatre on Saturday, is the convincing manner in which the enthralling story is interpreted by a cast that includes several stars. Richard Arlen, the happy-go-lucky sailor who finds himself enmeshed in a web of circumstances that brings him in danger of suffering the extreme penalty of the law, gives a convincing representation. Clive Brook is admirably cass as the lawyer who is torn between fidelity to the ethics of his profession arid liia desire to save an innocent man. Charles Roger* confirms the promise of his parliei pictures by his balanced dramatic acting. The woman characters are in the capable hands of Fay Wray and Jean Arthur. Tho shorts are varied and interesting.
