An® representatives for Ottawa would .be the Secretary, for the Dominions, Mr J. H. Thomas; the Secretary for the . , Colonies, Sir Philip Cunliffe-Lister; the President of the Board of Xrade, Mr Walter Runciman; and a representative of the Ministry of Agriculture. Subject to Government business con- • siderations, the Lord Prudent of the Council, Mr. Baldwin, the , Chancellor of the Exchequer, Mr Neville Chamberlain, and tho Secretary for "War, Lord Hailsham, would also attend. .
