SHEEP DIPS.
EXPERIMENTS WANTED. FARMERS' DISCUSSION. The .Canterbury. A. and F. Association at its annual meeting last night discussed the necessity for using sheep dips and the lack of knowledge possessed by farmers as to the value ot certain dips. He always kept his own shed scrupulously clean, and by that means nad eliminated the pest from among his own flock. Mr Ensor said that he was certain that a dir> could be found to eradicate the eggs of the tick if sufficient experiments were carried out.
