A fuud to help Mr Erling Tajubs, owner of the Teddy, who with his wife and family experienced a narrow escape from death when their yacht was wrecked oti Little Kawau Island last Wednesday, has been opened by the Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron, which is now receiving subscriptions. It is the intention of the squadron to provide some recompense 'to Mr Tambs for the loss of tho yacht, which was not insured, and for his personal belongings, which was also lost in the wreck.
