SEQUEL TO THEFT. (L":i"LTEJ> I'RESS. ASSOCIATION —BY ELECTRIC ' TIL EGRAJ?^ —COPrSIGHT.) LONDON, February 14. World-famous paintings, magnificent ivories, Persian carpets, and other art treasures worth £27,000, v/liich were stolen in April from the offices of, H. A. Haase, Oxford street, have been lecovered in a borough junk Hhop practically ruined. The pictures had been hacked from their frames, rolled up, and shoved in a bag.
