General Umborto Nobile, tho commander in 1928 of thq airship Italia, returning home from Moscow, announced that he was going to Russia next spring. He had been appointed chief constructor of the Soviet dirigibles, and v;ould join a Soviet air expedition to Nicholas 11. Land next summer.
