Arneil pleaded not yuilty to a breach of his prohibition order. Each of the men was fined £2 and costs for fighting, and Arneil was convicted and discharged upon the second charge against Li m. SIX MONTHS GAOL. Samuel l'obert Prisk, a tinsmith, aged 57, of no fixed abode, was sentenced to six months' imprisonment on a charge of being a, rogue and a vagabond. Senior-Sergeant J. Fox said that accused had come to the watchhouse and askecj to be locked up He was then covered with grass seed and reeking of methylated spirits WOMAN SENT TO GAOL. 'Josephine Everett, aged 51, pleaded guilty to charges of drunkenness and being an incorrigible rogue.
