It is expected that the club competitions will bo held towards the end of tho month. While attending the Dominion surf championships to be held at Sumner next Saturday, the members of the St. Clair Club*, Dunedin, will be billeted by members of the Sumner Club. * The club's success in securing second place in the two competitions at Taylor's Mistake last Sunday proves that by such performances in two major events the club is regaining its preeminence of a number of years ago.
