MANCHU DYNASTY.
ARREST OF EX-EMPEROR ORDERED. PEKING, January 19. According to the Chinese Press the Central Government has decided to order the arrest on a charge of sedition of ex-Emperor Pu-Yi, and various prominent Manchu Chinese, who allegedly are co-operating with the Japanese in the establishment of an independent Manchurian Eepublie, with Pu-Yi as President.
