I December 18th, though the advertised L date was the 19th, and, on the tickets, ; the 19th was the date given. I Now, Sir, was the drawing legalr" l Some of the ticket-holders might have 1 liked to have been present; some. of - us are a little superstitious, and think ) Friday not a very lucky day; besides it seems,, to me the promoters had no > right to act before the due date, as - other promoters, on another occasion, i might think themselves free to draw " before aJ! the ticket butts are in.— 5 Yours, etc.. t BAD LUCK.; December 21st. 1931.
