The aviation editor of the "Morning Post" says tlie Air Ministry is considering having an experimental highspeed mail-carrying aeroplane constructed with a view to the evolution of a suitable type to carry mails to South Africa and Australia, ifie Ministry feels that economy must oe made in other civil aviation .research in order to permit work to be carried out on long-distance mail-carriers.
