PIANOFORTE RECITAL.
MISS ALICE CARTER'S PUPILS. A most enjoyable pianoforte recital was given on Monday by the pupils of Miss Alice Carter, L.A.8., iri Messrs Begg and Oo.'s recital room. A large number of parents and friends attended. The programme embraced a variety of music by both modern and ancient composers, and judging by its reception was greatly appreciated by the audience.
