YESTERDAY'S TRANSACTIONS. There was a moderate turnover on call yesterday, and prices of several stock? showed a hardening. Lyell (cum div.). 300 Golden Dawn. 700 Mahakipawa. 350 Okarito. New Zealand Government, 5iPPr® r cent. Stock, due 1933, advanced to £99 2s 6d, and there were further Unsupported sellers at £99 ss. Buyer : of the Bonds offered £99 2s 6d, without attracting sellers. ■ Commercial Bank of Australia shares were fractionally firmer,'with busines and sellers at 16s 6d, buyers at 4d. National Bank of Australasia, paid shares, were stronger on buyers offers. £5 2s, sellers at £5 8s 6d. BanK of New Zealand shares eased '6a, to dealings at 465, closing quotations on either side. Union -Bank of Australia shares were easier at £7 15 s 6d, market closing £7 13s 6d buyers, £7 17s sellers. Miscellaneous).
