Hon- Adolf ITitlcv, receiving journalists, predicted the advent of his Party to power within a few weeks, and 'certainly within a few months. Ho declared that Germany was unable to pay both reparations and commercial debts. In -order to do so, she must export goods to tho value of from £2i500,000,000 and £3,000,000,000 a year, which was impossible. Tho Nazi Government would be prepared to honour Germany's private debts, hut would be unwilling to pay the monstrous extortion passing under the name of reparations.
