AMERICAN SAMOA.

GOVERNOR VISITS APIA. (By Radio—Special to Press Association.) (Received November Ist, 7 p.m.) APIA, October 81. The Governor of American Samoa, Captain Gatewood S. Lincoln, Mrs Lincoln, and a party of seventeen, arrived by the U.S.S. Ontario last evening. Thoy are paying a three days' return visit to the Administrator (Brigadier-General H. E. Hart), who in August lost officially visited Pago I'ago. Tho visitors are the guests of the Administrator at Vailima, where a dance in their honour will be held tonight. Tho party is also Attending the Apia Turf Club's meeting to-day.
