SEQUEL TO MOTOR COLLISION. IPS.EES ASSOCIATION TE'LEQfi.A.It.) PALMERSTON N., October 31. In tlio Supreme Court Constables Ambrose Charles Joseph Rush and James Claud Bratty sued Richard Greatorex, a farmer, for damages resulting from a collision near Linton in January between a motor-car driven by defendants and a motor-cycle ridden by plaintiffs. Bratty was awarded iilo3 (special and £SO general damages. Hush was awarded £273 special and £3OO general damages.
