REGENT THEATRE.
"THE PRODIGAL." Lawrence Tibbett is given plenty o£ opportunities to show his qualities as an and a singer in "The Prodigal," the picture at the Regent Thoatre this week. He is claimed to be the world's leading baritone, and his acting also is excellent. Tibbett 1 s beautiful voice is heard in a number of songs, and the picture also features a remarkable' negro barbecue sceno, in which his Toiee is supported by a chorus of some.hundreds. An interesting supporting film is "llow I Play Golf," by Johnny Farrell.
