Declining to hold a harvest thanksgiving servico at Norfolk, the Vicar, the Rev. W. C. Hall, wroto to his parishioners; "I cannot ask you to join in thanking God lor the ruin of English farming or for the Russian dumping, which is partly responsible for the mess wo aro in. Lighty-five per cent, of the laud in Norfolk belongs to the banks, and 200,000 agricultural workers are jobless and unable to draw the dole."
