INTERNATIONAL ECONOMIC PROBLEM. (united raiiss association— ay electric TELEGRAPH—COPTRIGVTr) LONDON, September 13. Dr. J. Curtius; German Minister for Foreign Affairs, addressing the League of Nations Assembly, suggested that a small committee of experts should be appointed to study the situation in Asiatic and American economic centres, The necessity of bringing the crisis to an end was tho big duty with which the world was faced.
